I took our Chrysler in for service and Chrysler gave use a rental for the day from Hertz - I was picked up from the dealership by a very nice Hertz employee. Once I arrived at the tiny office, it was packed and loud. I had to wait about half an hour before somebody got to me. The check-in was fast, but the clerk never took me to the car to inspect and after accepting the car I had to walk back in to reportt scratches and a dent on the car (which he noted on the contract). The car itself was extremely dirty inside and smelled like smoke (although it was suppose to be a non-smoking car) - also the service light was on in the car. The next day I returned the car and once again the office was super-busy and I waited another half an hour before I was able to return the car. PROS: pick up from dealership CONS: dirty car, long wait more
