A deep fried ""randy steak"" is not what I picture when I think of a chicken-fried steak, but that is what I got when I ordered the country fried steak at carriage crossing. Also, the salad lettuce looked like it had been prepared in the morning, the gravy on the steak was slightly yellow, and the baked potato tasted microwaved. My mother ordered the catfish and said there was so little meat on it she couldn't help wondering if it had been filleted first. The service was ok for as busy as they were but I do find it interesting that our tea was refilled around the time we got our food but the girl didn't come back to the table again until after we finished eating.
