We waited for more than 30 mins before we were seated, while there were plenty of empty tables in the restaurant. The waitress who took our name for the seat was extremely rude and unprofessional. Everyone that were waiting in line were unhappy with the long wait and asked the waitress of what's going on. She told the customers that they didn't have any choice but to wait (again, while the restaurant was about 60% occupied and there were almost 20 people waited outside) Fortunately, the waiter in the restaurant was really polite and understanding. When we told him that we're really hungry and requested the meals to be served ASAP, he delivered his word. Foods were great. Note to Red 8: Start allowing customers to make a reservation!
