I took my wife to Dewz Restaurant for her birthday because it was highly recommended. We were seated right away. The staff was very friendly. We were able to share a salad, which was very good. Then we waited over 1 hour to be served our entree which was awful. I ordered veal scallopini, which looked as bad as it tasted. It was overcooked and like leather. The veggies were rubbery. My wife ordered salmon, which was just fair, but her risotto was mushy. I might try Dewz one more time, just in case it was an off night for the chef.
