We called to get our name on the list to avoid a wait. We got there on time and were told that it would be an additional twnety minutes. After FORTY FIVE minutes, we informed the hostess and two other employees that we were leaving because of this and they simply said, ""That's fine."" When I told them that that wasn't ""Fine,"" the staff told me that I should expect to wait an indefinate amount of additional time because they were busy. When I informed them that their idea was not going to happen and we WERE going to be the next one's seated they did comply. (It was clear I was going to let the other patrons hear my dissatisfaction.) The staff then snickered and rolled their eyes among themselves because of my reaction to unnacceptable service. Run, don't walk away from this ""establishment.""
