Trying to get service from WM was worse than pulling a tooth. When we finally gave up and tried to cancel our service, no one would come out to pick up the cans.
Repeatedly, tickets would show up in their system that were incorrect and there were often no remedies for these various issues. The only good thing was that the Customer Reps were friendly and apologetic. Still they needed to get the job done!!!
We still have the WM cans on our property which confuses our other service provider so that we have to run out every garbage day to tell them we still have service with them and not with Waste Management.
Avoid doing business with these people. They need an overhaul of their entire customer care center as well as needing to teach their drivers how to read and do their jobs properly!!!!
Pros: Nice New Trucks
Cons: Lying drivers, no service, bad customer relation
