I called everywhere to find a specific battery for my car. Every other business i called answered the phone quicky (even tho they didnt have the battery i needed) They still answered the phone. I then tried calling Pep boys. But yet no answer. I called again and after going thru a very long automated thing I was put on hold. Every 3 min the automated system thing came back on and put me on hold again. After 15 min still NO HUMAN picked up the phone. That is no way to run a business.
