I have had serveral problem with the customer service in this store~so much so that I have contacted customer service on more than one occasion. Management at this location is hard to contact and then not easy to deal with.
Don't misinterpret this review, as a rule I like Best Buy but I will happily drive further and go to the RIverchase Location.
