I had my car inspected by the Olathe Firestone, (very friendly and helpful) only because I work in that area. Then the weekend came and I was home, Lees Summit, MO--so I went to the location on Ward rd. They quoted that I would need new brake pads and Rotors, even though I didn't. Then my husband went in with the car and it was a different story. I didn't appreciate finding out that they added extra services that weren't needed, but lucky for me I didn't fall into the trap. I hope you don't either.
PROS: close to highway
CONS: bad service, wrong estimates, and un-needed repairs
