This seems to be one of the more popular and widely-known apartment complexes in town. The leasing agents here are really friendly and helpful and more than willing to show you their studio, one, two, and three bedroom apartment homes. This is a very large complex, at least a few hundred apartments, and encompasses a large area of the south side of Lansing. Reasonable rates, studio and one bedroom homes range from about $300-$400.
