Vazquez is a great spot to try in Downtown Covington. They honestly have just about every type of variety on the menu from cuban meals to chicken nuggets and veal parmesean in between. This is a locally owned restaurant. The service is fantastic and the employees/owners are super friendly. It's in a great central location of downtown Covington. The cuban sandwich is awesome. You can't beat the fried fish and their super club is great too!
