Customer service is very good here. They are very accommodating and will not "steer" you wrong. I had several flat tires over the years and they charged a very fair price for fixing them. They were honest to say they could be repaired rather than tell me the tires were a lost cause and I would have to purchase brand new ones. Repairs were also done in a timely manner.
