I have rented a few cars in my time, but NEVER have a received such professional service. This office went far beyond the call of duty to make sure that I had a positive experience. They checked and double checked information, so that I didn't have to be bothered with the little details. I even asked to rent a specific car, which they didn't have. The employee new which Enterprise stocked that rental, and she reserved one for me, and waived the fees. That is what I call customer service!
