I've had several experiences with BMS. Unfortunately more then half of them were bad. The staff had no clue and wasn't willing to help you with much. I have had one or two good trips. But for the most part the employees at THIS location aren't the friendliest. If you have to go here, because they do have good medical supplies, I'd go to their main office in Girard. Much nicer there!
