Worst customer service in the banking industry. Made numerous mistakes on my account and passed the blame on everybody else. You go in to get change and they always say they can not provide it and I will have to come back. Banker pushed her way into my transaction and took the worker away from my dealings to get her personal check cashed and let it be known she was going to lunch. So much for the customer being treated in a professional matter.
