My husband and I have dined at numerous Puck restaurants and the new Minneapolis 20.21 certainly did not disappoint. The food was outstanding and also a suberb value -- we were impressed with how generous the portions were. Everything was done impeccably and presented with equal panache -- spicy caramely roasted green beans with sesame, a melt -in-your mouth butterfish (please DO NOT ever take this off the menu!!), and a wonderful flat-iron steak with Schezuan sauce and mushrooms. The side dishes were interesting as well -- we loved a vegetable saute of shitakes, asparagus, bok choy, long beans and ever so thinly sliced and carmalized onions. Wow!
The only thing we'd love to see is additional wild, eco-friendly fish like wild Alaskan salmon and halibut, and also a few great organic wines.
