After a minor accident, I was referred to this place by a local BMW dealership. Spectrum Collisions boasts of its specialty in BMWs and other luxury cars, so you'd ASSUME that they'd treat their service and customers with the same class. You assume wrong. It only took me 4 months, a lot of excuses, and a lot of grief later to see my car again. Even down to the very last day of their promised delivery, they still managed to be ""missing a part"" and blamed it on the dealership from which they ordered. After months of excuses, I sadly, became immune to them. I got tired of chasing down unreturned calls from my technicians and having them mislead me daily about when the repairs will be finished. Never in my life have I experienced such a horrendous experience from a service-oriented business. Never.
