I needed to send a bouquet of flowers to a business associate in Cypress, CA and was refered to Grand Designs Florist. From initial phone call to helping me choose what I wanted to send to delivery to the thank you call that I received from the recipient, this florist will be in my rolodex from now on. Also, they are able to send flowers worldwide for a low fee. I think they are a ""Mom and Pop"" business and it really shows in their attitude. I can't give them any higher of a rating. We need more businesses like this company.
