For years I ran, worked out at the gym and then one day, I was just burned out...for several years I did nothing except ""think"" about getting back into shape. But, I had no inspiration or motivation. And then, I received a coupon in the mail for Hot Yoga. What a great gift...after one class I was hooked. Not only is hot yoga physically challenging but there is the additional gift of ""mentally melting away"" the cares of the day. And then there's the best gift of having an instructor, Darla who shares her sweet spirit, insight and strength with you. I don't see ever not wanting to go to Hot Yoga!
Hot Yoga has been the inspiration/motivation that I needed to get off the couch. Cheers to Darla and Hot Yoga!
