I have been using this shop for a couple years now and the owner, Wally, is very knowlegeable and helpful. It's hard to find a shop that'll take the time to go through everything with the customer, even when they are up to their necks in cars. I fully trust the employees at James Auto to do what's best for me and my car, which is a big piece of mind.
