The manager, owner of Big O Tire Stores is caring when problems arise whether your child's bike tire is flat (no charge from him, but I was told $8 from counter person), you need advice on car problem, or a follow up fix from service problem there. Unfortunately problems arise. I had a car noise problem researched. They found a deep chunk missing out of my tire, replaced 2 tires (for way more than I found them elsewhere) & did a front & back alignment ( cost twice what other places charge & my car year & model can only be aligned in the front).
