I've heard many good reviews about Adobe Animal Hospital in Los Altos, which made me bring my dog there. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the vet was very knowledge. I would say that the service is first class. However, you pay for the first class service. Consultation alone cost $50, while most other hospitals charge around $30 for consultation. For serious illness, I think the fees are well worth it.
