Although I usually get confused when I go to this store (mostly because I am not very knowledgeable about home repairs), I can usually find a salesperson to ask for help. I can only remember one time out of the dozens of times I have been there where I was unable to find a competent salesperson to help me. Overall, I think they do a good job of helping you find what you need.
