Even though people say they don't read, they do. Magazines, books, games, anything that stimulates the mind can be found here. People actually can come in have coffee and read even if you don't want to buy the book, but you just can't take it home.
PROS: Great place to meet people, and read.
CONS: Can't just rent books like library.
