I don't think I've ever been into a book store that is so customer oriented. They have a special place for the children to sit and read, storytellers, and a beautiful layout. Their staff is warm, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. If they don't have a certain book for you, they are more than happy to place an order. Though, I've never come across a book they didn't have!
