I bought a Meineke muffler after an unfortunate camping trip where my 1985 Ford Tempo bottomed out on a bad dirt road. After 5 years or so, the muffler started rattling, so I took it back in to have it looked at , and they gave me a new one, no questions asked! I have since then taken several vehicles for oil changes, belt changes and all kinds of stuff. I love the fact that there's a car savvy female at the desk who knows her stuff, and doesn't push me around. Give 'em a try!
PROS: Stands behind their work and products, excellent service.
CONS: Sometimes a long wait for walk-ins, but well worth it.
