The atmosphere's nice, but nothing special. I've never seen many people in there, but they seem to do pretty well. They serve a yummy jasmine hot tea, and the chicken pad thai is wonderful - my personal favorite. If you ask for it spicy, it will be quite spicy, but not unplesantly so. Chicken satay appetizer is only so-so, but they do serve a sweet rice w/mango for dessert that's great - could do with a little more coconut milk, but still good, and they don't skimp on the mango - they give you almost a whole mango!
