There's a reason why folks from Sacramento come down here to eat. Daimo makes nothing other than simply straight-forward, quality Cantonese dishes, well prepared. The pea sprout leaves vegetables are very fresh, and the wonton noodle soups are well flavored, with the noodles maintaining the proper crunch yet soft texture. Try also the fried pork with mustard greens. The only weaknesses perhaps are some of the clay pots, which tend to utilize too much oyster sauce and overwhelms the tasty meat/seafood bits inside.
