In downtown Sherman, the Blue Door is serves finely crafted food from a varied menu that includes steaks, fish, lamb, vegetarian, Indian, and Mediterranean entrees. Great Greek salads, interesting appetizers, and wonderful desserts. The service is attentive and friendly, and the chef/owner, Chanta, is often found visiting with customers. This restaurant survives with a loyal following of locals who tired of driving to Dallas when better food was at the Blue Door for half the price. Bring your own wine and liquor.
