The quaint wonderful town of Blanco has Riley's Barbecue. It is just off the 281 corridor but has the best overall barbecue around. They have indoor seating overlooking the town square. I usually ask for a combo selection of meats, from ribs, chicken, pork, brisket and sausage. It is because I can't decide on what I enjoy most. They offer sides such as beans, potato salad, deviled eggs, sweet corn bread, and so much more. It is a real treat as well as a chance to enjoy a wonderful town.
