Numerous trouble w/ warranty work. Bought new cadillac but it was delivered w/ all kinds of defects. I purchased Touch of Class and can't even get warranty work done. I make arrangements and no one knows what's going on when I bring it in. No respect for their customer's time I've had trouble with the east and west stores. They have been through numerous managers. They have misrepresented many things to us and refuse to own up to their mistakes. Cons: poor service, constant errors, poor quality more
