My daughter and I decided to take a ""Jazzy"" little trip to Kansas City and stay at the Raphael Hotel. When we arrived at the hotel we found all our requests had been fulfilled as to room size, floor, and a full view of the river and Plaza shopping area. The room was well appointed and the staff couldn't have been more charming. The hotel's convenience to all the places we wanted to visit was invaluable. We'll do it again. Thanks Raphael!
