I took my girlfriend of 10 years to GW Fins to propose to her. This experience was ruined by the guy sitting next to our table. He was obviously drunk, as he was vulger, loud and obnoxious in everything he did; telling stories of snorting various illicits, dropping F-bombs every minute and then whining to his friends that he didn't want to share a meal with people that were mad at him. This is a fine establishment, but management should be more attentive to the effect of unruly patrons coming in off of ""Bur-Bon"" street.
