I was rushed from room to room. I had a wonderful massage then the rest of the day was full of edgy staff members (except for reception). My 'hour-long' body polish was 10 minutes, the staff didn't bother to scrub the salt granules into my skin, my body wrap was shortened by 30 min. After, I was 'commanded' to rinse off in the shower and dined in their cafeteria-style lunchroom where I was served lettuce with vegetables topped with what I swear could have passed as raspberry cough syrup. I ended with a decent brow dye and an excellent spray tan (I'll admit, the best tan I'd ever received). Reception was very good about giving me a refund for the body-polish. Overall, the spa staff seemed rushed and unhappy. On a good note, I will be going back for their tanning service. Otherwise, I'll be going someplace else.
