The guys at the airport Thrifty location really helped me out of a tight bind after several other rental companies let me down. They were able to secure two 12-passenger cargo vans with only a day's notice during a very busy time of the year. I felt they went out of their way in regards to customer service and didn't try to incur any sort of upcharge for the inconvenience. Our company will be using them for all future rentals.
