Buckeye Cable System is not one I would recommend unless it's all you can get. They are highly overpriced (allthough most cable companies are anyway), the cable goes out on a fairly regular basis, and getting someone out to service the equipment takes far too long and I often had to call them out again because they hadn't fixxed the problem the first time.
PROS: may be the only thing available in your area of town
CONS: bad service, high price, outages
