These people have most of the property in Tupelo and the surrounding areas if you need to rent. The problems we have had were:
Plumbing trouble and took forever to get fixed.
Trouble with the lease. (getting out of it)
We found people to lease our place when we were ready to move on and even though they told us they'd help us and work everything out with the new lessor--they never called us when those people missed their appointment to sign the paperwork and billed us when they skipped out on the rent 3 months later--never called when we had never been late and they had good phone numbers for us and never mailed us a notice until it was past 90 days late.
PROS: Have lots of properties
CONS: expensive for the property and terrible management service
