Bradshaw did an excellent job on my 2003 Volkswagen Passat and even negotiated with the insurance company (The insurer of the party responsible for the damage) to ensure my car received original factory VW parts rather than aftermarket parts. Scott and Brandy were extremely friendly and helpful. They even detailed the inside of my car and touched up some scratches. The result was a brand new looking car.
