Going to Tapas seems to be the way restaurant owners line their pockets these days. Bruno's is no exception. When we asked for bread for the table, we were given the "option" to purchase their $6 cornbread "small plate" which consisted of three very small squares of bread. Could you spare a square??
In the end, our bill for 5 people ended up being $206. In San Francisco, this is a travesty.
I wish Bruno's still had their old menu. The service is great, and the atmosphere is very cool. Why did they have to go the "tapas route"?????
Pros: service, atmosphere
Cons: value
