I come in from out of town at least 6 times a year, and take my mother in for hair and nails because all of her friends go there. I've had several manicures and pedicures which were fine quality, but it's very noisy where I receive the manicure. The receptionist were often times very rude. My mother is hard of hearing, and they get very upset with her when she asks them to repeat themselves. Not very well trained in the patients department.
