Last night I went with my partner to Equinox, what a delightful and refreshing experience. First, we shared the panzanella appetizer... a wonderful combination of croutons, basil, cucumbers, red onions and fresh mozzarella. I think it had a sundried tomato vinaigrette, YUM!!! My partner, a vegetarian, had the Spring Pillow for her entree...puff pastry stuffed with spring veggies, topped with a berry reduction. I tasted it, TO DIE FOR!!! I ordered the coho salmon over caramelized onion potatoes, WOW!!! I'm so glad we finally tried this great place. We're now planning on using Equinox for our wedding rehearsal dinner in the fall. Thanks for being in the neighborhood!
