I have been living here about a year and still love it. The managers are really nice and responsive. They are real people not just managers. Maintenance persons are responsive, profesional and overall really nice. I have looked all around and i couldnt find a better place and it takes 15 minutes from anywhere you need to be. Its quiet. I've locked myself out twice and never been charged. The location is beautiful. The Los Gatos Creek trail is near and peaceful. The residents are generally quiet and courteous. Except one thing that is the front gates are problematic and sometimes never open. Management is very strict when it comes to noise and children playing outside. No bikes or scooters allowed which I really apreciate. I would recommend this place and you can get a good deal.
