I don't understand some of the bad reviews here. I have been to the Union Square location 3 times now and have never been disappointed. I am always told of the cancellation policy and have never had a problem getting someone on the phone. I even brought friends here because I loved it so much. Don, hands down, no pun intended, is the BEST! Great massage. I totally recommend this location and the one at the Affinia Dumont Hotel. I won't have a massage any place else.
