This restaurant is probably my favorite chinese place in town. Unlike the cheap chinese buffets that have popped up all over town with their tasteless generic food; this place has food with real flavor! The pork lo mein is out of this world and I give Canton extra points for using REAL lo mein noodles and not just spaghetti like other places. Their hot and sour soup is wonderful and Hunan Beef, Chicken and Pork are just excellent. The owner and his wife are usually at the front counter and they are always so polite and friendly. The atmosphere is so soothing with dim lights, soft oriental music playing in the background and koi ponds complete with waterfall stocked with fish.
