Took the family & out of town relatives to breaksfast. We had called days ahead and told them about 16 people were coming. They said they would seat us together in one a semi private area so we made a reservation. Got their and the ""CEO"" (on his business card) was TOTALLY UNCOOPERATIVE and would not seat us together. He placed strangers at some of our tables. We complained and he said that his policy was not to accomdate groups together which was opposite of what we were told when we called. Finding someone to take our orders took forever, food came out slow, cold, and some people did not get what they ordered. Overall: IT WAS A FIASCO!!! THE CEO WAS A JERK!!! WILL NEVER RETURN!!!
