This isn't your grandma's cajun, but then if that's what you wanted, you would be eating at her house. From beef to fish, you can't go wrong. The Tenderloin Georges is fantastic with crabmeat and béarnaise sauce. Catfish yoli (blackened fillets topped with crawfish tails in a tarragon cream sauce) is one of my wife's favorites. Wine selection is more than adequate. One of my favorites. Get there early, all locations fill fast.
