Less is more just might not be enough for this no edible frills dining experience. Simply put, the menu consists of the signature dish (for which the restaurant is named) served with your choice of French bread, angel hair or white rice. Succulent shrimp are boiled and served in a hot broth in addition to your carb of choice. Though the shrimp were plump and sweet, less praise can be given to its killer companion. The melding of butter, white whine is almost always perfect, but my portion was overloaded with mounds of herbs, gobs of chopped garlic and a little too much chili pepper. The broth definitely cant stand alone on its own flavor and too much of it can mask the natural goodness of the shrimp. If youre a shrimp enthusiast give it a try, but be wary to not let the broth kill your experience. Pros: good shrimp, interesting concept Cons: crowded weekends more
