If you want quality both in the food and sake, this is the place to visit. If you pair your wine with your meal, then you will really like Syun. They have some of Japan's best Sakes (non-mainstream manufactures) in their menu. When you enter Syun the first thing you will notice is the larger number of Japanese nationals eating here (your first sign of authenticity). The second is the ambience and third a sake menu that would make Ginza resteraunts envious.
Pros: Sushi/Sashimi, Sake, Ambience
Cons: location
