In yoga, form is very important. I've been to yoga classes where the instructor never corrected my form or anyone else's. Darla is attentive to details like form and even watches facial expressions to know to ask if you are in pain. She is great at adapting postures to accomdate you if you have certain medical conditions or limitations. Darla takes her work with you seriously and you definitely get value from her classes....and she's lots of fun!
