I came to Darla with terrible sciatica from a herniated disc. I had tried everything to get rid of the debilitating pain, massage, chiropractors and drugs prescribed by my orthopedic surgeon. Thanks to her knowledgable and caring instruction, I have no more pain! My orthopedic surgeon can't believe it. I have now been off the drugs he prescribed for two years now. I can't imagine not having yoga in my life now and I will always practice at Hot Yoga Here.
